Deepak Jose
(Head - Training Delivery & Quality Assurance)
After his engineering graduation, Deepak worked as a Program Analyst, only to relinquish it later and choose training as his vocation. He is a great influencer and is extremely passionate about training and making a difference in the youth. He has an insane work ethic, proved by the fact that he has consistently remained the most utilised trainer for the last 7 years. He is a spirited individual and always aims to invoke that fire in students too through his classes. He is a pundit in logical and quantitative aptitude and is famed for his sessions on formula free maths/problem solving by visualization instead. He also takes up ‘Mathemagic’ for school kids to remove their fear towards Maths. On the personal front, he has a keen interest in gastronomy and often indulges in new cuisines during his travels. He maintains a food blog detailing his journey and also manages a social media account for the same which boasts an impressive number of followers.
Bimil Bose
(Head- Operations and Logistics)
After doing his MBA in Marketing and Human Resources, Bimil started his career as the Operations Coordinator of a leading training delivery company. He successfully incorporated a process oriented system in the team, and was then given the challenging responsibility of leading the logistics department. Today, he not only manages the logistics and operations department of Pragmatix, but is also the most accomplished Business Development Manager in the organization who achieved the revenue and profit targets by 100 %. It is exactly this ability to go beyond his specialism and take up other verticals efficiently under his wings that makes him an indispensable asset to the organization. He develops creative strategies and implements processes that produce results on time, within budgets, and beyond expectations. He also represents Pragmatix at trade shows, industry functions and networking events. Outside work, he is bit of an adrenaline junkie and his passion lies in off-roading and adventure.
Shijith S. Shaji
(Head - Business Development & Branding)
Shijith has done his post-graduation in Marketing and Operations. At his previous workplace, he led the Business Development team of Kerala. During the course of his career, he has been a part of over 100 recruitment drives. His fortes are Institutional Sales and Consultative Selling. He loves exploring new places and his favourite camera is an essential part of all his journeys.
Karthik Kesav
(Head - Internal Training & Human Resource)
Karthik has individually trained over 1,50,000 candidates in his career spanning over 7 years. He is an expert at talent acquisition and recruitment and also has experience across functions such as Marketing, Business Development, Content Development and Human Resource Management. He is passionate about cognitive and behavioral skills training and implements Creative Thinking and Innovation as recurrent themes in his training and common sense as a personal development philosophy. He also takes initiative to counsel and provide support and guidance to students who are in crisis or are experiencing emotional difficulties. Apart from work, he spends his time enjoying the outdoors by taking frequent backpacking trips. He is an avid traveler with South-East Asia being his recent place of visit. If not escaping into the wilderness, he can be found ardently reading books and journals on literature and philosophy.
Sandheep
(Head - Client Relations & Strategy)
An MBA grad from TKM Institute of Management, Sandheep brings to the table 10 years ‘worth of collective experience in industries like Information Technology , Business Development and Training and Development. He was the head of Business Development Managers of four states in his previous position. He has interacted with over 400 engineering colleges in India and has provided bespoke training solutions to address specific problem areas with regard to learning and development. Sandheep’s strongest attributes are his financial acumen and commercial flair needed to understand diverse markets and identify potential opportunities and new clients. He is a devout family man who indulges in charitable activities during his free time and is also an advocate for STEM education for young kids in schools.
